If you would still like us to help you with the installation we would be glad to. I want to thank Randy and John at Courtesy Acura for following up on this review. I had to complete the follow up with the navigation center to get the replacement disc, which took another 20 minute call and the replacement disc finally arrived. Courtesy Acura immediately scheduled the service to load the disc and detailed my RDX. Connor in their service department kept in touch with me the day of service and handled everything in a very professional manner.
