My Review Of Courtesy Acura :

Courtesy Acura is a premiere, prestigious, wonderful, and customer-centric dealership. Jim O’Connell is an excellent, kind, and understanding sales associate. From when we met to when we purchased, he was understanding, helpful, and gave his personal opinion where it mattered. Multiple conversations took place via email and in person, and each was fulfilling and helpful. Within the conversations, information was exchanged about pre-inspection checks, maintenance records, work hours, and locations of contact. All of which ensured an easy and simple buying process. When the time came to finalize the deal, a phone call or two were made in agreement on numbers. When we arrived, we were greeted by Jim, offered a seat, and starting signing the papers. One of the only two unsatisfying items was the wait to be transferred to financial. The wait was not overly long, but, it did take a while, even though we had already agreed on numbers. But, in that period of time, Jim made sure that we were well taken care of, comfortable, and entertained. The ease and friendliness of talking with Jim made the whole process that much easier and less stressful. When were transferred to financial, we worked with Will Douglas, who introduced himself earlier. He was friendly and very informative, and made sure he went through his many sales pitches. The second unsatisfying item was that the dealership refused to take a paid-in-full check made payable to the customer, and endorsed as to “pay to the order of” the dealership. Other than that, the process was easy, somewhat quick, and simple. After agreement on how the dealership will acquire the money, we went on our way.
Overall, the experience was very pleasant and easy. Jim O’Connell was amazing. We couldn't have asked for a better salesperson. Another disappointment is that when we first contacted the dealership via an online form, an Internet Sales Consultant received my message. In that message, I specified that I preferred to be contacted by email, and yet I received a call early in the morning. He did very little to assist us, where we went to the dealership, and that is where we met Jim. Since Jim made up for John’s shortcomings, I will say, for what it’s worth, I thought Jim O'Connell deserved all and more from this sale. We were extremely satisfied. When the time arises, we may conduct our business with this dealership again, and we would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone.

My Review Of Courtesy Acura :

This was my first time for an oil change at this dealership. I brought in our Acura TSX and the tech took the car. When finished they washed my car for me, left a cold bottle of water in the car and a wrapped piece of chocolate as well. Matthew took his time with me when he told me that my battery was testing low and talked about service options. He was not pushy and came across as very polite. After that I went to pay for the service and left. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and I give it a 5 star rating.

Great experience. Very satisfied. Mr Walton was attentive and got me into a car that had everything PLUS!!! He worked hard and did not hound me or waste my time. I believe he is a man of his word and I would recommend him to my friends and family.

My Review Of Courtesy Acura :

I had taken my TSX in for a recall and expected to be pushed or convinced that my car needed extra service in addition to the free warranty repair. They however did not try to force any repairs or service upon me and only had a few things that may need attention in the future. Did I mention the car washes and guest lounge? By far some of the best amenities out of any dealer I have been to. I plan to take my car here again for service, and will definitely consider purchasing a new car from them when the time comes!

My Review Of Courtesy Acura :

I wanted to purchase a van for the purpose of transporting family and friends visiting our vacation home in AZ. After researching van choices, a Honda Odyssey was chosen for accommodating the highest number of people and golf bags. I telephoned my son for help, and he offered to contact Courtesy Acura for me since he had previously dealt on two vehicles with John Weidenaar and was very pleased with his professionalism. Once again, John did not disappoint. My son lives about 75 miles from Courtesy Acura and is busy running the family dairyfarm. John agreed to meet him halfway to look at my trade-in vehicle so he could evaluate it and so that my son could drive the van and evaluate it. A deal was struck, and the "over the top" customer service followed. John ON HIS DAY OFF delivered the van to my home.

My Review Of Courtesy Acura :

I have been using this dealer ship to service my RL for 7 years. Great staff, Sandy has been the adviser who usually takes care of my needs. I have never had any real issues with the car. Mostly just required service. Great dealership. Good value for the service provided. Always made welcome, and all issues explained and solutions explained also. Would recommend this service and dealership for sure.

Just bought a used RDX & had it in for service, adding accessories. After purchase, noticed a scratch on Windshield. Even though it's a buy as is, Michelle M Mallory in service was awesome in getting it paid for - no charge to me. And they gave me loaner for weekend. Nice work and thanks Courtesy. Barb G.
