My Review of Courtesy Acura :
Went in for the usual oil change. Asked them to check the battery, as there had been a slight hesitation in starting. Lorenzo told me that was part of their multi-point check, but would make sure to note it. After I went to the lounge (which is quite nice and has great amenities: coffee, tea, water, soda, cookies, fruit, granola bars, etc) to wait for my car, I was only there about 10 minutes when Lorenzo came in to tell me it was indeed the battery and he showed me the print-out of the test which barely registered. The battery was replaced and oil changed all within an hour. Courtesy Acura has always been the best dealer I've ever used for serving my 2006 Acura TL (bought the car there also).

Outstanding service and follow up from Service Consultant, Rob Heath. Had to have some warranty work done on our TL which merited a multiple day repair job. Rob offered a loaner and when it turned out that an extra day or two was necessary to wait on delivery of parts, he even asked if we wanted to trade up to a nicer model loaner, which was a very nice offer. His follow up with me and timely updates on progress of the repair were also very appreciated.

My Review of Courtesy Acura :
I took my 01 MDX in to Courtesy Acura on 4/30/12 to have the timing belt done. My experience was stellar for MANY reasons! First, Courtesy Acura was very competitive with respect to price - they beat the price of most of the little guys. Second, they work on my type of vehicle all of the time - as such, I had peace of mind knowing that competent mechanics were working on my baby. Third, they gave me a complimentary loaner vehicle and had flexible pick-up/drop-off hours that met my busy needs. Fourth, they didn't try and sell me on the stuff that I don't need - they are a no-nonsense type of service department. Fifth, they gave my MDX a complimentary wash and vacuum! Overall, they have great customer service! What more can you ask for?!?! I will most definitely be going back - even for routine oil changes!

We purchased a new TL SH AWD last week and the entire process from test drive to walking out of the dealership was less than 1.5 hours.

We've had our 08 MDX serviced at Courtesy for the past 4 years. Not only is the MDX a great vehicle, but the service and attention that we receive from Courtesty makes it difficult to consider buying anything but an Acura. We live in Breckenridge and it's a trip to come down from the mountains for service .. but you guys make it worthwhile. We just traded our 08 for a new MDX and Jeff and John, his manager, made what often is an uncomfortable experience painless. They bent over backwards to be fair and gave us a great deal. You've got loyal customers in our family!

My Review of Courtesy Acura :
What can I say, a great experience and a wonderful group of people that are true to their word. When is the latest time you had a deal that you said "this is to good to be true" at a dealership? Well my wife and I had one of those experiences on 5/9/2012. John Weidenaar was absolutely great to work with. He gave me a price and payment structure that didn't require the typical haggle between buyer and seller. I had visited another dealer prior to completing this transaction for a nearly identical vehicle and the other dealership (which I won't mention but their initials are FA in Boulder) said "there is no way they are selling you the car for that price". Let's just say they were wrong. So thank you John for being a man of your word and not wasting my time with this purchase. Now for Zsaree Dunbar, very helpful and a pleasure to have worked with regarding the completion of the transaction with regard to the financing. She was patient with our questions and made sure that we understood all the paperwork and best of all the final price which was more than fair for the vehicle we purchased. We had a change of mind regarding an accessory and contacted Zsaree to get our money back. Zsaree was more than willing to refund our money but instead of just processing the request she asked some very valuable questions that in the end changed our minds to stick with our original purchase. Best of all, she offered to reduce the price a little to ensure that we were putting the right product on our new car and not a second rate one that cost a little bit less. She saved us from a costly mistake in the long run I'm guessing. So thank you Zsaree for look out for our best interest and not pressuring us. I would recommend this dealership to my mother and wouldn't worry about her being taken advantage of as happens in the industry at times. These individuals are first class and most of all honest and trustworthy. So in closing I would like to thank the entire Courtesy Acura team and please know that you have a customer for life.
