Courtesy Chrysler Jeep Dodge was founded in 1966 by Red Betten as a Dodge dealership on Plainfield Ave. NE. In 1974 Mr. Betten purchased what was then Wonderland Dodge at 440 28th St. SE and renamed it Courtesy Dodge. In 2008 Mr. Betten purchased Highland Chrysler Jeep and combined all 4 brands at the 28th Street location and the dealership became Courtesy Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. In 2010, Courtesy Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram underwent a complete renovation to create West Michigan's first Chrysler Genesis facility with state of the art amenities throughout the entire dealership. This is the first time that I ever went into a car dealership where everyone were so friendly especially Del Contreras, such a nice man I needed help trying to get a car I didnt think I could get one because of pass finances, but this man really help me me I would give him 20 stars, didnt try to sell me just anything he sold me something that I like,and I really appreciated that,If any of my friends or relatives were looking for a car I would tell them to go to courtesy dodge and look up Del such a nice person. THANKS DEL,Love my jeep.

My 2006 Buick Lacrosse is a pretty car. It goes down the road smoothly, and is very quiet. It is missing many of the "extras" that I am used to, however. It was originally a rental car, which I didn't know until AFTER I bought it. I bought this car too fast. I bought it on my lunch hour and picked it up after work. Lesson learned.

The pricing and service on my car were exceptional. They made the transitioin very easy and took care of all problems. It was a nice touch to be introduced to the service department and shown low cost maintenance options. Good follow up on issues - even on a Saturday.

My Review of Courtesy Chrysler Jeep Dodge:
Dan (and the technician) is the reason I keep going back to Courtesy.

I have been to other Jeep dealers and their service/parts departments.

Dan is accomodating and is a great listener. I have done my best to try to explain the service issue in my words and he asked the right questions to get the concern correct.

Everyone from the time the overhead door opens until the bill has been paid have been been great to work with. Dan even had me talk to a high level technician in the bay to address my own misunderstanding of the 2007 Liberty's cooling system.

My Jeep has been in their service department three times and I havent regretted a thing.

My Review of Courtesy Chrysler Jeep Dodge:
I visited Courtesy Chrysler Jeep Dodge to look at a vehicle for my wife. She had been there a few days earlier and found one she liked. By way of background, we had purchased two mini vans some 10-15 years ago from Courtesy but our current vehicles had been purchased elsewhere. Scott Sykes was the sales person we talked with and he was excellent. Scott did not pressure us or steer us in a wrong direction. He was a straight shooter during the process. As a result of the excellent customer service and reasonably priced vehicles, I ended up purchasing two vehicles from Scott. My wife and I are very pleased with the vehicles, customer service and overall experience received from Courtesy, Scott Sykes and Jim Bush. I would certainly recommend anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle (new or used) to visit Courtesy Chrysler Jeep Dodge and talk to Scott...
