My Review Of Covert Cadillac :
My wife and I stopped by Covert Cadillac to just look at a used 2011 SRX we saw online. We were greeted by Joe Joseph, but he did not come across as the pushy typical car salesman rushing to meet you at the front door before the other salesman do type. He was very laid back, professional, and interested in helping us. We had no intentions of buying a car that day. I asked to see the SRX we had seen online, and he immediately obliged. Not being a native Texan the 45 degree temperature was just fine by me, but my wife having never lived north of Williamson County was not tolerating the cold so much, so Joe asked if she wanted to go back inside to warm up and then brought the vehicle up to the front door of the dealership. Joe admitted he was still fine tuning his knowledge of auto sales and this is where he earned my business. A salesman who admits he doesnt know the answer is hard to come by. A salesman who admits he doenst have all the answers, but isnt afraid to put in the work to find those answers is even more rare. Joe did both. He never slowed down, he wanted my business and I told him what was important to my wife and I and he never dismissed those priorities. Joe constantly kept us informed of what step was next and made this car buying experience the most pleasant and quickest I ever had. From the time we walked in, to the time we walked out, having traded our 2010 Chevy Equinox and driving away a certified pre-owned 2011 Cadillac SRX was 3 hours!! We even got lunch during that time! I have bought many cars in my life, new and used, and even a couple from Kenny Covert at the Hippoplex in Hutto, Texas. I cant remember the sales manager's name or the gentleman who worked in finance who handled our paperwork, but they were very helpful as well. As long as Joe is an employee of Covert Cadillac, our business will always be there and I will tell everyone I know looking for a new or used car to go see Joe Joseph at Covert.
