I have to say this is the best experience buying a vehicle that I have every had with any dealership. Very courteous, informative and keep us update with delivery and any other items we had questions vehicle that I have every had with any dealership. Service Dept not dependable with follow thru. Made an appt one week ahead, showed up and Serv rep not there. He was out with family but had not passed info along ….”deer in the headlights” mome Made an appt one week ahead, showed up and Serv rep not there. He was out with family but had not passed info along ….”deer in the headlights” moment. FRUSTRATING!!!! Part of my service appt included an insurance claim which Covert (Serv rep) had not followed thru on. Because of the hassle of changing my claim I did reschedule service and it was FINALLY completed. It would be very helpful to customers if Serv reps would AT LEAST change their voicemail if they were out. It took 2 weeks to make original appt for service because Serv rep (same one) was on vacation but his voicemail did not indicate that. I used dealership for all my service … oil change , flat tires, etc. This is not the first time I have felt like the dealership does not follow thru. They miss the details!!! More
