As soon as I walked through the service doors there was an older advisor making jokes on how I looked lost and that I was in the wrong place before I even said anything. I had to listen to his story on his wife’s Walmart order being ready early for like 5 minutes before someone offered to help me. The advisor Trey or something like that was very obnoxious. Almost everything he said was some kind of “joke” or smart xxx reply. All the men made me feel uncomfortable, all I could do was nervously laugh. The person driving my car back to the service area was being treated lesser than. He was very rude to the runner or whatever they were called. I didn’t know there was some kind of hierarchy going on but Trey sure gossiped about his position like he had the right to be Obnoxious and how he earned his “9-5pm” position. I thought about applying to work here but after spending 20 minutes or more with this guy. I thought not. A female advisor finally came in like 10 minutes later or so. Every time I asked this Trey advisor a question he said he didn’t know and immediately asked the female attendant. For someone who supposedly worked there a long time and put in the hours, he didn’t know simple questions. It’s like he was annoyed to have to answer anything. He made fun of me for asking if there was a catalog for accessaries or Kia related car stuff where I can look and purchase. Finally the female advisor said yes there is online. Go to the website and click here and there. I feel like she did all the work and he got the credit for it. Very frustrating and I was going to come in every oil change. Now I feel uncomfortable.
