I leased my car from Crest Honda last October and was very happy with Crest's handling of the whole transaction, including dealing with the insurance company. Ever since, I have visited their service cen very happy with Crest's handling of the whole transaction, including dealing with the insurance company. Ever since, I have visited their service center a couple of times for some minor damage (the plastic panel on the bottom of the door had fallen off) and everyone was super nice and courteous. They fixed the problems quickly and with a smile. Will definitely head there should I have any more issues in the future. More
After visiting several car lots, my wife and I decided to visit Crest Honda to purchase a new car. When we arrived, we were met by salesman David Galloway. After viewing the selection of cars on the lot, David mentioned that he had just taken in a 2009 Civic with less than 7000 miles and in mint condition. Once the vehicle was inspected and deemed safe to drive, he took us on a test drive. We decided to buy the car, and with Crest’s “Up Front Price” we knew that we were getting a good deal (under both NADA and Kelly Blue Book value!). When it came time to pick-up the car, I was offered but not pressured to buy any additional warranties, insurance, etc… another nice touch by the sales staff. However, I think one of the best things was that Crest went ahead and made our car a “Certified Honda”, thus extending the warranty AT NO CHARGE! Then, I returned to Crest Honda for our car’s first oil change. With the $5 VIP discount and a free tire rotation coupon, our Civic was serviced and ready to go for less than $20 and in less than 20 minutes! In the end, I would definitely recommend Crest Honda to anyone who is interested in buying a new or used car, or just having their Honda serviced. More
Up Front pricing was just that. We looked everywhere for my 2011 Accord with the features I wanted. Angel, the sales associate stayed in touch with us for 2 weeks looking for the car I wanted had it delive my 2011 Accord with the features I wanted. My wife and I have had a number of Honda's all purchased from different dealers as we moved around the country. My wifes last Civic had to be replaced after being in an accident and we wanted to stick with from different dealers as we moved around the country. We looked at a number of dealers in Nashville and Franklin and no one would give me a straight price for the car we wanted. Everyone was trying to get me to come in so we could "discuss" and they could "show us the features." Mind you we've had hondas the last 10 years, we know Hondas and explained we knew what we wanted, we just wanted the best price. No one would give us an out the door price, Crest Honda however did. Within an hour of calling them I had an email with 2 out the door prices for 2 different cars. I called up to validate the total and they confirmed it matched. We went in and test drove the car to make sure we liked the one we saw on line and it was perfect. Sat down to do the paperwork and there was an "optional" charge for security VIN stickers they put on the car but I told them I wanted that waived because I didn't ask for it and they did. They also got me the 0.9% interest which I was surprised I got and I walked away with a better car at the terms I wanted and a smaller payment then we had for a better car (civic replaced with accord.) I'm really impressed with Crest Honda and can see myself and my wife going back when it's time to replace my Ridgeline. Great job, great service. Thanks for the easy car buying experience! More

Absolute worst car buying/shopping experience at Crest Honda today...My husband and I were about to pull the trigger on buying a car from here today when a salesman told me that I was "All over the place Honda today...My husband and I were about to pull the trigger on buying a car from here today when a salesman told me that I was "All over the place and needed to go home and figure out what I wanted because I was all over the board". We were looking at either the Civic Sedan, Accord Coupe or the Accord Sedan and we wanted to look at all three - shop the prices - get the best deal and make our minds up. We test drove 2 of the 3 when I asked to go look at the coupe again (NOT TEST DRIVE JUST GO LOOK AT IT) and meet him inside when he threw up his hands and went off on me. We had done extensive research online and at different area Honda dealerships so the next step was to LOOK AT THE CARS AND SIT IN THEM FOR REAL - not just sit at home on the internet.....The General Manager tended to the situation as best as possible and I appreciated his listening but I was thoroughly let down by this experience since I wanted to get a Honda.... I bought a 2011 Civic from Crest a year ago. I continue to be impressed with the quality of the vehicle and service provided by Crest. They send email updates to remind me when my car needs to be serviced to be impressed with the quality of the vehicle and service provided by Crest. First time Crest Honda Buyer this past January, and I was honestly very impressed. I bought a used Odyssey, and I was well taken care of in terms of a lower price compared to KBB, engine and wheel updates ( honestly very impressed. You learn right away that they stand behind their upfront pricing, and you tell by the way they interact with you that they know you won't find a better deal. I spent a day trying to find a better deal and I couldn't. More
