I told Hanna that I needed a new battery as mine was dead and had required a jump to start. When she gave me the pricing she told me there was a $45 charge to inspect the battery. I told her to skip the diag and had required a jump to start. When she gave me the pricing she told me there was a $45 charge to inspect the battery. I told her to skip the diagnostic and just put the battery in. She said the diagnostic was required but might be waived, which it was. When the car was ready I had to ask for the warranty information which she verbally gave me as 1 year. I would have appreciated some written information about the battery or info on where I could access it. Poor customer service. The 1 year warranty is ridiculous but has nothing to do with Hanna. More
First time I used your service. Check in was not clear so I waited quite a while until someone happened by to direct me. Sims Buick was much more efficient. While the customer service was great I believe the process are higher than competitors as this is the highest I have ever paid for receiving this same service I received at a lower price at an alterna process are higher than competitors as this is the highest I have ever paid for receiving this same service I received at a lower price at an alternate GMC dealership. Originally is was Schredule end November I reschedule due light went off rescheduled 12 15 23 Service dept call and rescheduled 12 29 23 again service department call rescheduled until 1 29 24 when issue was light went off rescheduled 12 15 23 Service dept call and rescheduled 12 29 23 again service department call rescheduled until 1 29 24 when issue was fixed also I ask them use my GMC Points never done.
