I told Hanna that I needed a new battery as mine was dead and had required a jump to start. When she gave me the pricing she told me there was a $45 charge to inspect the battery. I told her to skip the diag and had required a jump to start. When she gave me the pricing she told me there was a $45 charge to inspect the battery. I told her to skip the diagnostic and just put the battery in. She said the diagnostic was required but might be waived, which it was. When the car was ready I had to ask for the warranty information which she verbally gave me as 1 year. I would have appreciated some written information about the battery or info on where I could access it. Poor customer service. The 1 year warranty is ridiculous but has nothing to do with Hanna. Was charged a heavy price just to slap on wiper blades. Auto parts stores do not even charge for that. THE NEXT DAY AFTER APPOINTMENT I RECEIVED A FLYER IN THE MAIL FROM BUICK FOR .... Normally they run it thru the car wash but was told they couldn't do it. So no car wash. Last time before this visit service Dept lost our key. This was a major hassle. We like the car and the dealership but just being honest it hasn't been great service last couple trips. More
