They're quick and collaborative. I own a Genesis and the experience is catered to the Hyandai brand and not to the luxury brand. Tools them my brakes have squeaked ever since I bought the car but only in reverse. Made sure valet heard it and he relayed it to service. They were unable to 'replicate' noise. I've had terrible Hyundai experiences. Ganley norrh Olmsted looked in my eyes and told me I have a 100k warranty. They screwed me on my loan by cost me 5% more and endless service problem. The most amazing service experience I've ever had. The guys were unreal. Great team. Nice. Knowledgeable. Most of all. They were transparent on how long things will take. No xxxxxxxxx. Everyone that I met was so nice to me and my dog. Great experience and if the person that cuts the checks reads this. I can think of like 10 guys that need bonus checks. Make sure that gets done.
