They're quick and collaborative. I own a Genesis and the experience is catered to the Hyandai brand and not to the luxury brand. Tools them my brakes have squeaked ever since I bought the car but only in reverse. Made sure valet heard it and he relayed it to service. They were unable to 'replicate' noise.
