There are two incidents that reflect on the competence and professionalism' of this service center. #1 - This service center is the only place we have ever taken our 2016 Toyota RAV4 for an oil change. and professionalism' of this service center. #1 - This service center is the only place we have ever taken our 2016 Toyota RAV4 for an oil change. Today they said I need a new oil pan because the threads on the oil drain plug were stripped. They had to be the ones that stripped the threads so why must I pay for a new oil pan. We declined the oil pan fix. #2 - They always rotate the tires when I get service. About a week after the last service, my wife complained of a noise when driving. Upon investigation, it was found that all the driver’s side rear wheel lug nuts were loose. Its circumstantial, but I think a Crestmont mechanic was at fault. My family has purchased 4 vehicles from Crestmont and have used their service center often. I doubt that I will never deal with them again. Update 1: Hooray for reviews. Crestmont read my review and called me. They promised to take care of the oil drain plug issue. I will update this review again later. Update 2: Thanks to their Customer Relations Manager, Mike Mongiovi, they rethreaded the oil drain plug hole and didn’t charge us anything. More

They have deteriorated immensely since Roger W. and his son Craig left. I stayed with them for about a year and every time I went in for an oil change, All of the assistant service managers were and his son Craig left. I stayed with them for about a year and every time I went in for an oil change, All of the assistant service managers were different. Then came the push for un-needed repairs. The coup de grace occurred in February of 2022 when they put a front passenger side hubcap on so loose that it fell off somewhere on the highway. When I complained about it, demanding a free replacement, the assistant service manager complained that it would cost him 100 bucks (when I would guess they get if from their supplier for around 30.) When I came in at their convenience (a 60 mile round trip), The same assistant service manager insinuated that I was some kind of scam artist. Goodbye Crestmont after 11 years. Now I'm getting my 17 year old Corolla worked on in Morristown. I noticed there a similar pattern: Revolving door assistant service managers and they're slowly coming up with un-needed repairs. I'm giving them one more chance and then it's on to Clinton. I may be screwed anyway since I wouldn't be shocked if all three dealers are owned by the same LLC. More
