I was actually comparing the Acura TL to a Mercedes and after driving both, there was no question which was the better car. Alan spent over an hour reviewing every detail of the car with me and my husband and also offered to review the car's options the following week in case I had any questions after driving it for awhile! Jason Tianai handled the financing and warranties and he made that process as smooth as silk. We also had a chance to discuss pros and cons of various coverages and he asisted us greatly with the final price. When I first started staying in the Annapolis area, I went looking for a place to service my 2001 Acura ITR. I first stopped at Criswell -- they told me that they'd "have to find the books" on my 2001 because it was so old, and after searching around and pretending to know nothing about the car, came back and quoted me nearly a thousand dollars for a basic service. I took the car across the street to Honda, where they were happy to do the work for $150. Would not recommend this place if you have an older (e.g. mainstream) car out of warranty. Honda across the street seems to offer much better service, has a drive-in area where you can go without an appointment, and turns the car around very fast. As a final note, every part I bought from this Acura dealership (that Honda didn't have) seemed to be about 15-20% more than the comparable cost of my part back at home (PA). More
