We had a great experience, talking back and forth via email before making the 1.5 hour trip to the dealership. Chuck is very honest and personable. He is not pushy at all, let us make decisions without him trying to interfere and for us, that is huge when it comes to buying a car. We do not like feeling obligated to do anything. Chuck- Great Experience! Everyone went above my expectations I went to the dealership last month looking for Ghibli and my sales rep was Chuck. I was able to walk away with the deal I wanted and Chuck represented me very well and had my best interest in mind the entire time.
