The salesman (Randy Jackson) did a nice job. The problem with this dealership occurs AFTER the sale. I traded in a vehicle and provided the dealership with a 10 day payoff summary. I called to the dealership and spoke with Chris, one of the finance managers, to find out why there was a delay in paying off the trade because until the Cronic Nissan paid off the trade, I was still financially responsible for it. I got nowhere. He told me that he would find out and give me a call back, but I never heard from him. It’s as though this dealership doesn’t value service after the sale. Once you purchase a vehicle from this dealership, you’re on your own. More
