Chris could not have been more helpful and patient. I test drove a number of vehicles, new & pre-owned, and without fail he was eager to please. He did not use any hard-sell tactics, he returned my calls promptly, and he always worked around my schedule. He always followed up without being at all pushy, returning my calls promptly. When it came down to the nitty-gritty of arriving at a purchase price, I found Chris quite helpful. He was committed to getting my business and not ending up at another dealership. I would recommend him to any friend or family member.

Ruth & I met with Christopher Jones during our first visit to Cross Roads of Roanoke. Chris is by far the nicest sales person we have ever met. He is extremely polite & courteous & a pleasure to meet . He is very aware of all the car features that are available. Chris spent a great deal of time showing us the models that would interest us. He allowed us to drive two vehicles such that we would better understand what we were buying. Together we discussed the many features that would influence our buying decision. Because of Chris, we established the model we would buy, at a cost we felt was appropriate for our lifestyle. Crossroads is fortunate to have a young man like Chris who brings to your business the many positive aspects we both admired when working with him. You have a real winner in Chris. !

I was very impressed with everyone I had dealings with at CrossRoads Mercedes. This was the first time I've owned a Mercedes and really didn't know what to expect. But, Chris was very helpful and explained all the options with my C300. Now I have to try to absorb all the data available on the car. I was very pleased with the entire buying experience today.

Chris was a very polite and likeable young man. He knew a lot about the vehicle we were looking at and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. The whole process was painless, hopefully maintenance service will be as good.

I traded in a 300 that had an extended warranty which was included in the sale price. The warranty had not started yet and there was still 3 years left on it. I explained this and was assured I would get the $3000 back. Well 3 months later and no refund. The reason this bothers me is the $3000 was added to the sale price of the 1st car so when I traded it in they did not deduct the 3 grand off the new car or give me MY $3000. So I'm still financing the $3000. All MBFS does is put me on hold or gives me the run around and I feel Crossraods thinks I'm just going to forget about it which will not happen. I've never really been comfortable here and when this lease is up I'm not going back.

Chris and I started the process approximately 5 months ago. Although I informed Chris in the Fall that I would have to wait until the first of the year to move forward in obtaining a vehicle, he maintained contact with me which I greatly appreciated. As a result, I was clearly going to work with Chris due to his persistance. When I indicated to Chris that I was ready, he was able to find the vehicle I wanted and had it ready for us to test drive when we arrived. After test driving, I told Chris I was interested and he had all of the paperwork ready when I arrived to pick up the vehicle, which took at most 10 minutes. Great experience working with Chris!

I am in love with Chris Jones! At first I was put off by his youth, but was soon comfortable working with him because of his professionalism, knowledge, and, even better,
his ability to say, "I don't know, but will find out." Yes, he was persistent, but I did not feel pressured. I felt I could walk away at any time and that he would not be rude about it.

Chris Jones was very nice and helpful to us. he had answers for all of our questions about the new car. He even came in on his off day to show us some features about the car. The man that took care of our lease was very friendly and helpful. The service manager was friendly and nice. This seems to be a top notch operation.

They were easy to work with. Very knowledgable about the vehicles and leasing since this was my first lease I was unsure about it but now I'm a Mercedes customer for life. As long as Chris is there to help make it work out so prefect. By far my best new car expeierence ever!
