These guys are GREAT! !! I bought a used Tesla from them and the salesman, Chris Williams along with the Finance Manager, Rick Sider did an outstanding job helping me thro !! I bought a used Tesla from them and the salesman, Chris Williams along with the Finance Manager, Rick Sider did an outstanding job helping me through the process. They made the buying experience very smooth and they resolved n critical problem super fast. I needed my registration document to obtain approval from the rideshare company, which would have taken over a month to obtain from DMV. They helped me by getting the document expedited so I could use my car to make money. Also, I would like to thank Idania Valerio, who did the heavy lifting to make it happen. All Crossroads Ford of Wake Forest employees are wonderful, but these three are special. My wholehearted appreciation goes out to your company and employees More
