We went into the dealership(Crown Buick) not knowing if we were going to find a car with our spe My experience with Tammy Sue Wagner was outstanding. We went into the dealership(Crown Buick) not knowing if we were going to find a car with our specifications and ended up signing for a pre-owned vehicle. Even though Tammy had 5 deliveries that day, she still found time to please us. Not only did she sell us our Buick Verano but there was a few issues with the paint. With the warranty still in effect, the service department repainted the hood and roof. Costumer satisfaction. Thank you Crown Buick and thank you Tammy Sue Wagner as well as all the other staff members that made us feel comfortable. We will continue to refer friends or family to your dealership. More

He advised me that Greg Berry would be assisting me with the Services that I needed. Greg Berry was very polite and patient with me. He assured me that the technician would preform the services that I needed in a timely manner. This experience just like before was very pleasant and warm. I DEFINITELY recommend Crown Buick!!! More

Listened to what I wanted and my situation. I had contacted the dealer about a Buick Enclave but it sold before I was able to get in to see it, but Mike Clark told me he would keep his eye for m I had contacted the dealer about a Buick Enclave but it sold before I was able to get in to see it, but Mike Clark told me he would keep his eye for me and if any thing came in he would let me know. He knew my price range and exactly what I was looking for and when it came in he contacted me and we were able to make the deal. Mike went out of his way to help me get the vehicle I wanted and I appreciate it. More
