"Berry" Good Greg Berry is the service advisor that I dealt with, and he kept me informed of my car's status. I explained all the problems that I've noticed, and Greg Berry is the service advisor that I dealt with, and he kept me informed of my car's status. I explained all the problems that I've noticed, and informed the mechanic. By lunch hour, I new the status, and got my car at the end of the day. The mechanic, Owen Runacres, has taken care of my car for years, and I feel is one of the reasons why I still have my 94 Skylark...21 years later. That, and also, Buick is a great brand of car. We have been using them for 3 years and we are very satisfied. We decided to buy our next car from them because of their service. Their sales staff is also very good, in particular, Lou Amelio. He spent the time with my wife to really understand what she desired in her new car. The only problem I had was with the sales management. All throughout the process, they did not recall what their previous commitment was and the sales staff had to work very hard to remind them and to solidify a sale-- I would recommend this dealership, but get all commitments from the sales management in writing before you leave. More

I was lucky enough to find Crown Buick GMC, as they took great care of me. My truck was fixed in a timely fashion and the customer service was exceptional. I felt right at home and could not have had a better experience. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for service in the area.
