If you're the kind of buyer who is specific about how you want your new car configured, and you get annoyed when all you get in response is a sales pitch why you should buy what's in the dealer's stock, this want your new car configured, and you get annoyed when all you get in response is a sales pitch why you should buy what's in the dealer's stock, this is where you should go! My wife and I recently purchased a ML350 from Crown, and to say Nicole went the "extra mile" in providing exactly what we wanted would be an understatement. I used an Internet-based buying service and initiated the inquiry on a Monday. We got a response the same day, and by Wednesday, the deal was consummated with a car that not only fit our basic needs, and had all the features we wanted to include a few "extras" that Crown would install. Rather than try to sell us something she had in stock, Nicole found an exact match of our requirements at a dealership outside Atlanta, arranged to have the vehicle transported to Crown, and had it ready for pick-up and drive away that Saturday. This is the second Mercedes-Benz I own, and to say this deal went off without a hitch would not do it justice. The dealership itself is modern and well-laid out, the staff very friendly and responsive, and the buying process quick and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to come back if the need or desire arises. Having dealt wtih another MB dealer in the past, the bar was set high for Crown when I found an intriguing MB listed on their web site--just the color and features I had been seeking. Al cleared the bar by was set high for Crown when I found an intriguing MB listed on their web site--just the color and features I had been seeking. Al cleared the bar by leaps and bounds when he introduced me to the car that would soon be mine. From the initial phone contact to the personal service throughout the purchase process, Al was fantastic--as was everyone at Crown. There was no pressure and I truly felt like a guest in their "home". It's easy to see why Al is successful in the auto sales industry. He is personable, kind, and truly one of the good guys. It was our pleasure to meet him and purchase our MB from him. We'll be back when we are ready for the next one! More

He helped guide me to a decison and was there for me through the whole process. His patience and knowledge was the reason why I chose to do business with Crown. My car buying experience was great from the first time I met with Al all the way to working with Larry the finance manager. All aspects of this deal were great. I will definately use Crown again in the future for my automobile needs. Jeff More

Working with Al was great. He made the process simple and friendly. I not only bought a car that day, but also made a friend. So much so that when it came time to face the fact that I could no longer a and friendly. I not only bought a car that day, but also made a friend. So much so that when it came time to face the fact that I could no longer abuse my Infinity QX56 as a utility vehicle and must trade it in for a truck. I called Al first thing. Even though his dealership Mercedes, did not sell trucks, the Nissan Dealer which is part of the Crown family did and when I told them I woudl only buy form Al, they brought him up from the Mercedes Dealership to the Nissan Dealership and he went through the process of getting me into my new truck. He is a great asset to the Crown Family and before you buy any car New or Used....Go see Al at Crown Euro-Cars. More
My experience with CrownEurocars was both straight forward and exceptional. The professionalism displayed was over and above most all car dealerships found today. The knowledgible and thorough salesma forward and exceptional. The professionalism displayed was over and above most all car dealerships found today. The knowledgible and thorough salesman,Al Kirshbaum answered all questions while being attentive to his customer's criteria for purchasing a certified pre-owned Mercedes Benz. I have since taken my '04 E500 back to the dealership for scheduled maintenance, even though I live 92 miles away. I know I can count on them to continuosly provide superior customer service. I drive about 40K miles per year and will definitely return in the near future to purchase my next Mercedes Benz from them. More
I requested a qoute from the dealer via Edmunds web site for an S550. I was contacted via phone by Nicole and asked for specifics on the car we wanted. She was quite good in explaining the various packages for an S550. I was contacted via phone by Nicole and asked for specifics on the car we wanted. She was quite good in explaining the various packages available. She said she would do a search for the car we wanted since it was a special color. She later called back and gave me 3 cars with the internet price which I said was close to the price I was willing to pay. My wife and I then visited the dealership. Nicole was very professional and efficient in comming to a price that was acceptable. It took less than 1/2 hour. We were also looking at another dealer but felt we wanted to buy the car from Nicole because of her professional manner. We would recommend Crown and Nicole. More
On a Saturday evening, my wife and I went to Crown Eurocars to test drive a Mercedes C230 Kompressor. When we arrived at the dealership, we were pleasantly surprised that were not attacked by salespe Eurocars to test drive a Mercedes C230 Kompressor. When we arrived at the dealership, we were pleasantly surprised that were not attacked by salespeople and that we were able to browse the car lot until we were ready for help. We went into the showroom and asked to test drive the Mercedes C230 Kompressor. In came Al Kirschbaum. Al was very courteous and thoroughly explained the vehicle. He let us test drive the car alone and there was no pressure to provide a name or phone number. After the test drive, Al asked how I like the car, and I told him that I thought that the car was too small for me. Al saw that we were a young couple and that my wife was pregnant. He said that he had a car for us, for our family, and to keep us safe. He walked us over to what he called our magic carpet ride. It was a 2001 Mercedes S430 that was traded in that very day and had just gotten out of the car wash. This car was everything we wanted and more. It was big, very luxurious, safe, and in our budget too. What we didn't expect was how awesome Al took care of us from that point on. Again, he let us test drive the car alone even though it was after hours and the dealership was closed, but he told us that the dealership's hours was our hours. When we got back, even though secretly I wanted the car, I didn't get a chance to research the car as I had the Kompressor. Al knew that I wanted the car, but he also knew that I wanted to research it too. He provided us with a checklist of all the final costs of the vehicle (tax, tag, title, and dealer fee, that's it), which to me was extremely helpful. So he told me to go home and think about it, research it, and get back to him when I was ready. I had never heard that from a salesperson before. Al also never asked for my phone number or asked for any other contact information. Also something that I've never heard of either. Usually dealerships that I've been to in the past, I'm bombarded by salesman, managers, etc., they never let you leave without talking to finance or at the very least your contact info so that they call you over and over. Since this car had just been traded in, it wasn't even officially listed, although it was going to be that Monday morning. Al said that the dealership was closed on Sunday, but said that if I was still interested to call his personal cell on Sunday and he'll have the car taken off the lot before Monday morning. That evening I did my research and decided I wanted the car and I called Al, Sunday evening and he did put the car in the back on Monday. On Monday morning, I went in to buy the car, but again, this dealership did something that I would have never expected, they didn't want to sell me the car because they hadn't thoroughly checked out the car since it had just been traded-in. Al explained that the dealership has very high standards and felt that he couldn't sell a car to us that possibly couldn't be safe for my wife and child. He told us that asked the Mercedes mechanics to check that car over with fine tooth comb because he really thought that we were a great couple and wanted our first Mercedes experience to be the best. He told me they would call me later that day to notify me if the car passed Mercedes high standards and if anything needed to be fixed, it would be fixed or replaced. Again, this was unheard of for me, because this is a used car, not a new car, a used car that was 9 years old. So I left, surprised that I hadn't bought the car, but happy that the dealership was making sure the car was in tip top shape before I had the opportunity to buy it. Al called me in the evening and told me that the car passed the inspection and that I could buy the car. He also informed me that they were replacing and fixing a laundry list of issues that the mechanics had found and that it was going to be at no extra cost to me. My wife and I went that Monday evening (again after dealership hours, in which they catered to our hours) to buy the car. Once again, Al treated us like family; he wanted to know about us, about our pregnancy, he showed us pictures of his family, and started a great bond between us. We filled out the paperwork and wrote them a check, but you know what, we didn't take the car home that night because the mechanics were still working on the car, again at their cost. The next day, I went to the dealership to pickup the car, but Al told me that although the car was ready, the mechanic had noticed that the rear driver-side door wasn't closing smooth enough, so instead of tweaking it to make it work, they decided to replace the entire vacuum locking pump for that door. Al felt very bad that I had to wait another day for the car so he offered me to take a new 2010 Mercedes home, and although I foolishly didn't accept the offer, I appreciated Al's courtesy. On Wednesday, Al told me that the car was 100% finished and ready to pickup that evening. He also wanted to make sure that I brought my wife along because he had a special gift for her/our baby. When we came in, Al greeted us with hugs and told us that he had a few gifts for us that he personally had got for us. He gave me a nice Mercedes keychain and a brand new set of floor mats ($150 value) for my first Mercedes, which was totally unexpected and a pleasant surprise. The next thing that Al did really touched our hearts. Al told us that he visited Nazareth in Israel, and while he was there, he went to the Basilica of the Annunciation (which is where Mary found out she was going to give birth to Jesus). He said that in this Basilica, he bought a Rosary that was made by the people of that church, that the Rosary was made of grounded roses, and that the rosary was blessed. Al presented this rosary to my wife for our baby. He wanted to give something special to someone that he felt was special. My wife cried and I was moved by the gesture as well. After we gained our composure, Al provided us with the paperwork of all the work that was done to the car after we purchased it, I was blown away that the dealership spent almost $3000 to a used car that I had already paid for. Finally, Al took us to our new car, which looked immaculate. He placed the new floormats in the car and gave us a chrome license plate holder and installed that as well. Al then asked Karl Peterson to give us a new car orientation, again something I had never experience before in a used car or new car for that matter. Karl apparently has worked at the dealership the longest and knows everything about Mercedes cars and he sat with us in the car and explained every button, knob, and feature of the vehicle. This was extremely helpful and insightful as we had found out things about the car that we had no clue about. After that was done, we said our goodbyes, and we gave our new friend Al a big hug. It was a perfect end of our Mercedes buying experience. We highly recommend going to Crown Eurocars and to see Al, he makes you feel very comfortable, no pressure, the dealership is about high quality and standard, and they all treat you like a million bucks. This was my first Mercedes-Benz and I can guarantee you that my next Mercedes will be from Crown Eurocars. Thanks Al, you are the man. Sincerely, Dan and Nicole Piparo More
Al Kirschbaum (sales) Kevin Roberts (Warranty) Richard (Service) Rob (Sales Manager) The above people that I delt with and continue to deal with have been totally perfessional. Al as a sales representa (Service) Rob (Sales Manager) The above people that I delt with and continue to deal with have been totally perfessional. Al as a sales representative is unmatched in the casual yet professional manner he walks you through the buying process. He does not pressure you in anyway and ensures that you find the vehicle you desire. I desired a CLS series Mercedes and that is exactly what I purchased and have been completely satified. Al introduced me to Richard in service and he has met my ever need. Al stays in contact with me on a regular basis and I visit the dealership from time to time and with out a doubt you are treated as part of the Crown Family. In closing I want whomever reads this - if you deal with Al and Rob(Sales Manager) you will end up a winner and have an enjoyable vechile purchase.I cannot say that for the many other dealerships I have delt with in the past.
