This is my second Hyundai in 2 yearss and returned yesterday to upgrade. I had a very strict budget and Glen spent a LONG time finding an amazing deal on my 2025 Kona in electric yellow. After $20,000 dollars worth of engine work my car was returned 5 times and finally was told that they won’t replace my shocks in my hood because it slams shut even though my car never had problems from b returned 5 times and finally was told that they won’t replace my shocks in my hood because it slams shut even though my car never had problems from before car was there since September 19th of 2023 sitting until march 6th of 2024 which is ridiculous, Ryan handed the car over saying he test drove the car , the car was never sent for an alignment I was driving for two days not noticing stuff until I took it to another dealership and they verified that the alignment was never done so what safety concern is that for me and my family when all of these problems happen within 5 months and they’re supposed to be one of the top dealerships around.
