DO NOT PURCHASE A USED VEHCILE FROM THEM! Purchased a car on 2/7/26 and as of 5/15/26 I am still unable to drive it as a direct result of DAVID SEAMAN'S (Pre-Owned Director's) negligence and Purchased a car on 2/7/26 and as of 5/15/26 I am still unable to drive it as a direct result of DAVID SEAMAN'S (Pre-Owned Director's) negligence and poor follow-through. Contacted dealership on 2/7/26 and purchased car on 2/8/26. After the initial sale, the dealership mishandled the paperwork, the shipping details, and the title transfer, and now I have car that as of 5/15/26 I am unable to drive because it will not pass PA state inspection; despite the dealership reassuring me there would be no issue. Throughout this process they ignored our calls and messages; until I posted a Google review. On 4/7/26 DAVID SEAMAN (Pre-Owned Director) and my boyfriend reached a comprise that David would send us the parts needed to repair the car and a check in the amount of $600 for 1/2 the repair cost (in addition to covering other out of pocket expenses I incurred due to their negligence. It is now 5/15/26 and I do not have the check, and I do not have all the parts needed. DAVID SEAMAN continues to either ignore my boyfriend's follow up messages or provides excuses for the delay. I have been making a monthly payment since March 2026 & am still UNABLE TO DRIVE THE CAR DUE TO SAFETY ISSUES preventing it from passing inspection. More
Went to service center for battery problems with my NX300h. This was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had at any dealership. It was a breeze to get my appointment scheduled and was offered a loan NX300h. This was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had at any dealership. They had my car a total of 4 hours and it was done, vacuumed and washed. I will definitely be back for all my services. Thank you!!! More
The sales crew went out of their way to sell me a car. I was happy. However, It had an issue with the electronics so the sales dept called 2 days later and told me to bring it in to get serviced howe I was happy. Now It won't be fixed for a week and there's no one assigned to update us on the status. Poor communication. More

Ricardo at Crown Lexus gave me the lowest price and an amazing buying experience, hands down! I was looking to purchase a new Lexus as an anniversary gift for my wife. After not being able to reach a satisfactory deal on a new Lexus at any of my local Ventura County/ So Cal Lexus Dealers (and actually having been belittled and humiliated by a salesman at Thousand Oaks Lexus, in the public lounge, with my family, while trying to make a deal there, please see my review and buying experience with them,) I began to work with Ricardo Luna at Crown Lexus in Ontario. We were looking for a specific model, color and option and through the Lexus website, I discovered that the Lexus Dealers in Ontario, Santa Barbara, Palm Springs, Woodland Hills, Valencia, Thousand Oaks and Mission Viejo had the cars with the options we wanted. Most of the dealers would not go under sticker price. A few dealerships went under slightly under sticker. Ricardo at Crown Lexus beat out all of the other dealerships and went under sticker significantly. He even made me aware that I was eligible for a $1k Military rebate, which none of the other dealers informed me of. The buying experience at Crown Lexus was great. We were greeted at the dealership by an extremely friendly young man in front (sorry, did not get his name) who directed us to our scheduled appointment with Ricardo. Ricardo was extremely kind, friendly, helpful and professional. He answered all of our questions about the process. After the test drive, we worked with Daisey and Steve in the finance department. They were extremely friendly and helpfull. I came pre financed from my credit union, but ended up going with Lexus financing as they beat my credit union. The process was fast and easy. Ricardo stayed with us after we sealed the deal and spent a lot of time with us showing us how to set up the various systems and safety technologies. He even went out of his way to make sure our daughter had some snacks. To the General Manager-I would like to commend Ricardo Luna for his hospitality, honesty, customer support , attention to details and for the hassle free, no gimmicks, games or pressure buying experience he provided to us. We will be returning here for an additional purchase soon. More
