Try to get a quote, phone system and quote reply poor! I am currently a Lexus customer who's lease is due, I thought I give Crown Lexus a chance at my business. I called them for a quote but never really got through (phone system kept ringing). When I did get through Only got voicemails. I then emailed Jennifer for a quote in the morning. It took till closing time get a reply stating car is SOLD, but never got a alternative option, nor a quote. Not sure what is going on with their customer service training but I think they need more training. I did end up getting a car at another Lexus dealer. More

Airbag Recall / Replacement Service It took many months from the initial recall letter to completing the replacement. I did all the chasing of making appointments, checking if parts were It took many months from the initial recall letter to completing the replacement. I did all the chasing of making appointments, checking if parts were in, etc.... Never received return calls. Rarely did someone answer the main Crowns Lexus phone number, always took several attempts. When I would get through, the calls would get dropped while on hold. Calling Lexus is very frustrating, seems like the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. In May I had made an appointment after I was assured the part was in, only to learn 2 hours after dropping my car off the part was not in. I was assured I would be called when part came in. I finally called back in August and was told no part, but would use one meant for someone come on in the next morning it would take only 20 mins. It took over 2 hours. My confidence level that the part was even replace is very low. Sadly my trust and confidence level with Crown Lexus has diminished over this past year. I have a long history with Crown Lexus and I'm disappointed in the change. People are nice, but the service system is flawed. More
