I expressed strong interest in a used car that had just been traded in. He told me that if I liked the car enough to buy it that day, he would have it ready so that I could drive it home - if not, he would drive me home himself and not leave me stranded. Mitch turned practically inside out to assist me. Without hesitation, he accompanied me to a local mechanic to do a pre purchase inspection. He is a man of enormous integrity! I did buy the car that same day, and Craig Pratt, manager also assisted me in the buying process. He was caring, interested in me, and courteous. What a sweet guy! I must mention the person who detailed the car, though I don't know his name. What a talent! When I arrived at the dealership, he had been working on it for three hours.
