Walker is a really awesome salesperson. He answered every question I had, and was an awesome example of what a salesperson should be. I went looking for a vehicle after I unexpectedly totaled my car. I rode my motorcycle to look and wound up at Crown Nissan. I was a bit distraught with my situation. Although I didn't pull up in a vehicle Larry Garrett greeted me in the parking lot. This Man didn't try to sale me on a vehicle, he said I looked a little unsure... he was correct in his assessment. He just talked to me like a friend, not a sales agent, I asked for his card. I went to see Larry a couple of days later. He allowed me to drive whatever I wanted, he allowed me to ask many questions with no impatience . He pushed me in no direction which allowed me to make the decision to purchase a new Pathfinder. He worked with me got me the absolute fair price for all to benefit. Thats the way it's supposed to work in America. I assure you of this, if you appreciate genuine character that is lacking these days, go find this gentleman at Crown Nissan of Greenville. For some it may not be a big decision to buy a new car, but for me its pretty big. So to Larry Garrett, Thank you. I can honestly say it was a pleasure doing business with you. Please beware of any trust or expectations you might have buying a used vehicle here. I purchased a used vehicle and was told that the extensive check was completed and performed by the sister Toyota dealers buying a used vehicle here. I purchased a used vehicle and was told that the extensive check was completed and performed by the sister Toyota dealership. 500 miles later , my check engine light comes on and I am now looking at $9719 in repairs. Transmission and u joints. No one can answer how this might have been missed during their inspection. Their attempt to resolve was to buy it back at 60% of the purchase price and buy something else at full retail. More

I had an incredible experience here at Crown Nissan, specifically with Carolos Alvarez. I am such a right brain, I avoid stress, conflict at ALL cost. Needing to get a car was a dreadful thought yet fro specifically with Carolos Alvarez. I am such a right brain, I avoid stress, conflict at ALL cost. Needing to get a car was a dreadful thought yet from the moment Carlos walked up to us, his relaxed and helpful vibe started the process so chill. By the end of the purchasing, we really did feel like friends. He heard my concerns and fears and looked out for me during the rest of the process. I can't say enough how happy I am. Buying cars these days are just so different, he was honest with what he had available and let me decide every step of the way. Thank you so much guys, I LOVE my Juke! More

First I need to retract my previous review of Crown Nissan. What I thought was rusted and or chipped paint turned out to be dirt. However my review was about how the situation was handled by the Dealer Nissan. What I thought was rusted and or chipped paint turned out to be dirt. However my review was about how the situation was handled by the Dealership. Since that post I was contacted by a manager Nathan Reece and Matthew Whitaker. They immediately had me come down and bring my car to checked out to see what could be done to rectify the situation. The person that I had contacted about the issue made a statement and decision that was based solely upon himself, without consulting any management. As soon as management was aware, they reached out to me to make it right. They also assured me that they if I had any issues moving forward that they will be there to help. Thank you Nathan Reece. My wife brought our 2012 Nissan Altima in for an oil change. When she got home I noticed oil on the garage floor. She called and scheduled an appointment to have her car looked at. If I had not noticed change. When she got home I noticed oil on the garage floor. She called and scheduled an appointment to have her car looked at. If I had not noticed the oil leak it could have caused damage to the engine. They fixed the problem which must have been a seal. We live almost an hour away from the dealership so with two trips to the dealership and waiting on her car to be serviced. We felt that the service department should have offered her a free service the next time that we bring the car in. Our time is just as valuable as theirs. This car was purchased new at crown Nissan in 2012. We will be looking at purchasing a new car in the near future. I am disappointed in the way this mistake by service was handled. Jimmy shipman More
