First, my father brought my Equinox in since I wasn't able due to physical issues. The appointment was made the day before and when she arrived, she wasn't cl seen by the service advisor I chose. She was able due to physical issues. The appointment was made the day before and when she arrived, she wasn't cl seen by the service advisor I chose. She was told it would be a 3-hour wait even though she arrived on time. I requested a rental if she had to wait and there was no rental for her so she took an Uber to my home, which is 8 minutes away from the dealership. I was notified about an hour and a half later that my Equinox was ready. I asked if there was a shuttle to take her back to pick it up and was told there wasn't. I had to Uber her back to the dealership to get my Equinox. Both me and my daughter are out of $10 each for the Uber that didn't need to happen if she had been told it would have been a lesser wait time because she was going to wait but not for 3 hours. Also, she was told I didn't qualify for a discount on my oil change from an email that was sent to me by the dealership. I had to tell the cashier that my Equinox did qualify before it was deducted from the final bill. If there was a closer Chevrolet dealership to my home, I would definitely use them over Culver City Chevrolet. More
