This dealership is the worst, they didn’t fix the problem and they still charged me as if they fixed the problem, tried to talk to GM but he didn’t come and talk to me, very unprofessional I will never refer and they still charged me as if they fixed the problem, tried to talk to GM but he didn’t come and talk to me, very unprofessional I will never refer anyone to this dealership and I will never return to this dealership. This place is full of staff that have zero clue what they are talking about and are constantly looking at ways to rip people off. I was given wrong information and Luis tried to overcharge me for the diagnos are talking about and are constantly looking at ways to rip people off. I was given wrong information and Luis tried to overcharge me for the diagnostic claiming that it was $530 when in reality the paper I signed prior to leaving the car said $265. No one told me anything until I called and asked. Aside from that 1 week to diagnose something is ridiculous. More
