Update…I reviewed this dealership back in December about my bad experience in the service department. Mainly my disappointment was with the lack of communication, professionalism and customer service. My v my bad experience in the service department. My vehicle was there for a month for a warranty repair which is understandable due to our current situation. However the completion of my repair was held back after all parts were in and ready to install due to it being a holiday weekend and other vehicles needed service to hit the road. Yet my vehicle needed to hit the road too but since it was warranty, they pushed it back. Any way they did reach out to try and better my disappointment. A customer service rep by the name of Sarah claimed she would do what she could to change my mind about my experience. I mentioned my vehicle had another issue now and that was probably in relation to the recent repair they had done. We communicated a few times, she communicated with the Service Manager Sergio which would be the person reaching out to me on what to do next. It’s been about a month and the call hasn’t come in yet. I must say that Sarah is probably the only person there that cares about the customer service but then again thats her job. More

My Silverado needed an oil change and I called around 7 am to schedule an appointment and Luis N. was able to schedule me in for the same day. Once my vehicle was ready they texted me right away which was great because I did not need to reach out and ask about my truck. I will continue to schedule my visits at Culver City Chevrolet. I will also like to add that the previous service visit at Culver City I had I was not happy but they reached out and made it right. Sara was also very kind and reached out a couple days later and asked about my visit to make sure I was happy and everything went great which it did. More

I received fast and great service. I needed a recall matter to be resolved. I was told it may take up to 2/3 hrs, needless to say 1.5 hrs I was out the door car fully done. I brought my 2014 Volt in for service beause it wouldn't pass the smog test. Jordan helped me very quickly. She also pointed out that while the warranty might not cover things any longer, the emission syste pass the smog test. Jordan helped me very quickly.
