My oil was changed on 7-19-23 and we noticed oil leaking this week. The Kia was approximately 1 -2 quarts low of oil. Oil was all over the skid plate. I immediately begin calling Cumberland Kia in Cookevill More

Thank you for the response. Susie was kind in the process once we finally spoke. I just think in the future that customers whose brand new vehicle have to be towed in due to faulty service, should be a top priority, and not be contacted at the end of the day. In the end, we will move on from this and look for improved service from this location in the future.
