My husband and I returned to VW to renew our lease largely because of the outstanding experience he provided the first time. He’s knowledgeable, trustworthy, and an all-around genuine person. I always feel he’s transparent with me, which is essential in continuing business with the dealership. I look forward to working with him again when my lease is up! Although new to the finance department, Justin was patient, kind, and professional throughout the process. He thoroughly reviewed all the offerings and protections available at the dealership, helping me make informed and practical decisions.
