I like coming to currie motor they are friendly and Efficient . When I come in for my appointment manny always greets me with a smile he really take good care of me . Over all I like coming and talking to manny about my car he makes me feel happy and please when I leave the shop. He has good costumer service and he know how to talk and treat the customers. More
Chris Culver you are in the wrong position. Your customer service is horrendous. You need to be reassigned from Service Director to Director of All Currie Motor trash cans. There's a service bulletin from Chevy from 10 months earlier as well as multiple sites and blogs with lots of people talking about the issue and Chevy's responsibility to address it. I specifically took the car to a dealer for their intimate and complete knowledge of the car and any known issues, but this dealer either didn't have the experience or knowledge or worse, pretended not to know and took the money. Either way it's bad. Maybe they knowingly take the money make the quote high and you get to pick which way you want to get ripped-off. I chose to get away from these people as quickly as possible. When the car was still under warrantee, they seemed okay - But now, out-of-warrantee, I don't want to pay to educate them, or be wondering what they don't know.... do you? General Motors Disability Reimbursement profrgram.. My Dad and I came to this dealership in reference to getting his 2019 Chevy Equinox inspected after having handicap driving aids installed in his vehi My Dad and I came to this dealership in reference to getting his 2019 Chevy Equinox inspected after having handicap driving aids installed in his vehicle from an authorized installer due to his physical disability... The reason for this visit was to get an authorized signature from GM personnel from upper management stating that the installation was in installed correctly according to GM standards to get reimburse the funds my dad paid for this installation .... The personnel of whom made this all possible were Joe Bolkavatz (joey B) and Paul Sheeran!!!! These guys went over and beyond to help us with this due to the fact we went to 4 prior dealerships in the Chicagoland area, including the dealership we purchased from trying to get this done, but no had any inclination about this program existed nor tried to find any information.. But after 4 months of unsuccessful of haggling other dealerships these guys got this issue rectified less than an hour.. Now my dad will have his reimbursed funds from this GM within a few weeks.. Don't trust them I had my vehicle serviced by Currie Motors earlier this year due to some knocking on the driver side front end and my steering or the alignment was of I had my vehicle serviced by Currie Motors earlier this year due to some knocking on the driver side front end and my steering or the alignment was off. I was first told that it was my tie rods, once I told them that I had just had inner and outer tie rods replaced that quickly went for another diagnosis. I was told that I needed to replace my gear box because it was leaking. I explained to Daniel the service manager and the mechanic that my car is garage kept and that there were not markings of a leak left on the freshly poured cement in the garage, but now I have a leak. Next I was told after several people looked at my car that I needed lever arms. Reluctantly I agreed and allowed them to fix it at a cost of $1,800, they said they replaced everything and did a wheel alignment. I drove my vehicle for two months and the exact same sound came back. I contacted Daniel and explained to him the situation and made an appointment to come in. due to being in and out of town I was not able to bring my vehicle back in until I was back in town. I took my vehicle back to Currie and after the check was told it was something completely different then what was fixed. This time I was told the noise is happening because I need to replace my control arms. I asked how two completely separate things could make the exact same noise when doing the exact same action from the first repair. They have tried this before trying to get me to fix something that they had fixed before. When I expressed my concern I was told “we can see what we can do about the price. I now am down $1,800 and my vehicle is still not working properly. This type of deceptive practice is shameful to say the least. I would not recommend Currie to anyone and I will make it a point to get the word out to ensure no one I know does business with this company. More
