5.5 hours of my Saturday I had a 9:00am Saturday appointment for tire replacements which I went through the Curry website for quote. I was told that they would need about 2 ho I had a 9:00am Saturday appointment for tire replacements which I went through the Curry website for quote. I was told that they would need about 2 hours for the service. I confirmed this wait time when handing over the keys and walked to a nearby shopping plaza. I returned at 2 hours and sat for another 2 before anyone even gave me an indication about what was taking so long. Finally at 5.5 hours my car is ready. The rims had hand prints from the brake dust, and the all points check said they popped the hood to evaluate the battery, etc. and there were leaves under the hood that they either didn’t bother to clean out, or they didn’t actually pop the hood. I felt like it would have been the least they do to wipe the rims. I also priced the tires, and on the web site there was a rebate offer of $100 with the purchase of 4 tires. No one at Curry seemed aware of this offer. I have purchased 4 vehicles from Curry and have always brought my cars there for service. The fact that I spent 5.5 hours for tires that at a tire center would have been under 2 hours (especially with a scheduled appointment) leaves me feeling like I received poor customer service. Don’t overbook your service center - it never ends well. Additionally, I received an email from the sales department about wanting to discuss buying my 2013 Accord. No one from the sales team ever approached me. More
