Good service, polite and helpful folks However, I do have one suggestion. I made my appointment online. I indicated that I wanted an oil change plus a state inspection sticker as well as recommended service. I sent an additional email asking how long this would take. I received an answer 1/2 hour before my appointment indicating it would take an hour. When I got there, the service person did tell me that because of the inspection sticker, it would take 3+ hours. So, I stayed, understanding it was a long time. (I do thank him for honestly telling me abut the timing instead of just letting me sit and steam.) But, had I received a more timely notification, I would have arranged with my son to leave the car instead of having to wait the 3 hours. Hope this suggestion helps someone else in the future.
