My Review of Curry Honda Yorktown:
After driving my 1994 Honda Civic for 18 years I needed someone who would walk me through the process of buying or leasing a new car. My experience with Curry Honda was the best and Harry Satin (sales agent) was with me every step of the way and always there to address whatever questions or concerns I had (and I had plenty). I know I can call on him anytime and he will be there to assist me. Really great guy that knows his stuff.

My Review of Curry Honda Yorktown:
I arrived and immediately recognized Walter who immediately greeted me and as efficiently and nicely as possible directed my car into garage and set my car up appropriately based on my scheduled wait time. I next met Trina at the counter who is so proffessional and friendly i was confident my needs would be dealt with properly without trying to be pushed into unneccessary services as my budget won't allow.
I moved into pleasant wait room had my morning coffee and coffee cake provided, enjoyed a little law and order checked out the ny post chatted w/ a few equally satisfied customers and my car was ready to go after a free car wash.

My Review of Curry Honda Yorktown:
From my first visit to Curry Honda on 6/18/12, I was treated like like a good friend or family. My first experience was with Marty. Buying a car can be make you feel uncertain, but Marty was able to help me see that I was doing the right thing. He answered all of my questions to my satisfaction, and gave me valuable information.
Then there was Jose. I really cant say enough about him. He went over and above to secure me a finance institution (my credit score was borderline), plus, he made me feel like I was related to him. Since that time, each time I see him he gives me a cheery greeting, and a big hug and always holds a little conversation with me which makes me feel important.
In the service dept., I I am served by Chris. As busy as he is, he takes time to explain everything to me, and is always polite, cheerful, and caring.
Walter... Always greets me with a smile and a hug, compliments my hair, and when I am in the waiting room, he checks periodically to make sure all is well. He sees to it that I get a drop off and pick up when I do not wait in the waiting room.
All in all, I have to say that my experience with Curry Honda has been exceptional, and I speak about it to my friends all the time. (My son-in-law bought hes car from there based on my recommendation.)
Thank you for the superb customer service that Curry Honda has trained its employees in how to treat customer and making the customer feel valued.

My Review of Curry Honda Yorktown:
We brought the car in to be serviced for vibration feeling when braking and our first oil change. The appointment was for 8AM and the car was taken in for service as soon as we arrived at 8. Trina was very friendly to us when we arrived and she updated us on the progress periodically while waiting for the car to be serviced. During the servicing, the car was checked out and taken for a test drive. Additionally, we learned that the car was given the required NYS Inspection while being serviced. the waiting area was clean, spacious, and provided us with coffee, snacks and newspapers. The staff was courteous and friendly right from the moment we brought the car into the service garage to the cashier desk when the service was completed.

My Review of Curry Honda Yorktown:
I have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership and try to take them both to the Service for what ever I need, this past time, was horrible. I waited approx 4 hours for an oil change, headlamp replacement and apparently needed a tire repair. It was a far cry from Express Service. I hope the next time I come in, its less of a wait.
