Curry Honda responded

Dear customer, We apologize for unsatisfactory service your received. That’s not our typical service experience. The advisor should have made the notes in our system and re-printed your invoice so we both had records of the work recommendations. While we do make certain recommendations on the service lane based on vehicle’s year/mileage, we always have the technician check once the vehicle is in the shop to make sure the work is indeed needed unless the customer informs us they have had the work performed elsewhere. We do not tolerate any of our employees recommending work that is not needed. I would like to schedule you a time to come back in so I can have my shop foreman go over the vehicle and make sure what we recommended is in fact needed. We are always honest and upfront with our customers and have no problem looking the vehicle over with you there. If something was recommended intentionally that wasn’t needed we will handle the situation with said employees. We value all of our customers and wouldn’t have the great reviews we have if we were intentionally misleading our customers. Please give us a chance to make it right.
