I was taken well care of and everyone there was professional, courteous and I got a excellent deal. I would for sure come back. Ivan and Ashnil were awesome and provided me with great information as well as a new car. Hailing from Detroit, I can be quite critical when I buy a vehicle. I am so glad I came here. A little constructive criticism, the time needs to be cut down with the paper work. I swear I was there over 4 hours from start to finish and I just think it doesn't need to be that long. More

Due to where we lived we decided on the Ford Focus hatchback model, 5-speed manual transmission. Excellent choice! In the past six yeRs I've received nothing but 5-star service and assistance when needed. Roger and John in Service are friendly professionals who know and perform their jobs well, and Mike Bobay is a patient and knowledgeable sales rep that I'd recommend to anyone! He sold us two cars in 2011, and if we re-enter the car buying market again we hope to be able to work with Mike Bobay again. More

Quick Friendly Service Check engine light came on my F250SD, taken right in shop. Called next day to report a bad engine control module. I also had other service work done which was all completed satisfactorily - batteries, oil change, filters, new parking brake switch. Everything specified was done and works great. I conducted service business with Cypress Coast Ford professionally for 28 years and have continued with them since retiring 20 years ago- A total of 48 years worth of experience with them. I have never had a complaint with them dand they have always done the right thing. I just wish their hourly labor rate was a bit lower...I can dream, can't I? Or maybe some kind of discount after you get past $1K. All in all I give them 10 on a scale of 10. More
