Tried to sell me a mre expensive car and suggested I finance and could not wrap his brain around the fact that I had cash and was ready to spend it. Overall bad experience. No ine asked my name when I walked in and I stood for ten minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. My first inquiry was by Internet, but since the internet sales person was on vacation it took a week and a day to,hear anything, but by that time, I had had a terrible experience at the dealership, went elsewhere, and in an hour left with my new car. I would,never recommend this place and give it zero stars. I will be writing a review for the BBB as well. Word of mouth is seveything. I went there on a recommendation from a friend, but I will,be sure my friends and acquaintances stay away. They should also cover people's vacation time...even if I was not in a hurry, not getting a response in over a week is a turn off. At least have an automatic reply that someone is away and to contact the dealership directly. Bad business practices. More

I ended up paying because it was a Saturday and Nissan consumer was not available but after talking to Nissan I was reimbursed and they apologized for the what happened and I was told the dealership will be held accountable.The guy Nikko who was I was dealing with helped as much as he can so I won't hold him accountable he's just doing his job but the service center manager Edward is definitely cut throat make's up a whole bunch of bs to try to explain why they're charging you and at the end if your covered under warranty you shouldn't pay a dime do not let them fool you they even try to charge me for the rental which my warranty also cover's save yourself the time and go somewhere else trust me you'll definitely save yourself a big headache. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. More

Best car buying experience I ever had! From begining to end it was a very smooth process. Rebecca was very accomidating providing timely responces to all my emails. The papers we're signed and the purchase was complete but Ed still took the time to go over all the features of my new vehicle. The service department is by far the best I have ever dealt with. Attentive, responsive and they truly care about their customers. Tom D'Addario even met with us to ensure our satisfaction. The myth about a lack of integrity and ethics definitely does not apply to D'Addario Nissan, We will definitely recommend D'Addario to anyone wishing to purchase a new Nissan. More
Great Service Was dealing with another dealership ( In Middlebury).. They never called back when they said they would, salesman at the other dealer was clueless!!! The business manager never called back. Went to D'Addario Rebecca the internet manager was GREAT!!!! Had the car in front of the dealership before I even got there, then set me up with Chuck. Chuck was GREAT called me when he said he would David the business manager called when he said he would and made the whole process easy. I highly recommend D'Addario, and would buy from them again. I have bought 2 brand new vehicles (2012 frontier, 2011 Rogue) at D'Addario Nissan. I was considering trading in my 2012 Frontier for a new 2014 Frontier. I was waiting for the used car manager Dan D'Add Rogue) at D'Addario Nissan. I was considering trading in my 2012 Frontier for a new 2014 Frontier. I was waiting for the used car manager Dan D'Addario to make me an offer on my trade in. He made me an offer that would not work for me, so I told him I don't think we can make a deal if this is your offer. He then proceeded to act like a child, by pushing the paper the offer was on across the desk at me and then get up and walk away from me as he muttered "your unbelievable". I have never been treated so disrespectfully as a customer as that. I then confronted Dan D'Addario at his desk telling him I can't believe that this is how they treat customers who have already bought 2 cars here over the past 3 years from them and am trying to buy a 3rd.. I informed Dan that he lacks the most basic customer service skills. The professional act would have been to tell me that he was sorry we could not make a deal and shake my hand and say that his offer would stand. But instead he decided to act like a child. I will never step foot in that dealership again. I have been a loyal customer to them buying new vehicles and getting all my maintenance done by the dealership. They lost out on many future sales and service $ when I walked out the door. More
I just bought my car yesterday. I had the best experience ever!!!! Its started by looking at cars on my cellphone Sunday. Monday I had received an Email from Rebecca Lindsay, with the usual "thank you for yo ever!!!! Its started by looking at cars on my cellphone Sunday. Monday I had received an Email from Rebecca Lindsay, with the usual "thank you for your interest in a Nissan" I asked questions about taxes, fees and registration since I'm a NY resident. She answered all my questions and made sure I knew exactly what the progress would be. Then came prices over emails. I was worried about the price she had given me (internet price) I thought for sure that there must be something wrong with the car. never the less I went through with the sale. At that point (Tuesday) I was transferred to Mike Swiattouski, he took care of everything!!! making sure I had all proper documents before I took the trip there...When I got there on Wednesday...they started with paper work, but I told them I wanted to see the car to make sure everything was ok before I signed any paper work. NO PROBLEM. Mike took me to were they had my car and OMG! my car was there in perfect condition being detailed by professionals. He made sure I felt comfortable with the purchase at all times, he never tried to hassled me to get anything extra or any weird package, like other dealerships. The whole process took me 45 minutes and that's because he was teaching me about the cool technology in my car!!!!!!!! overall I'm extremely happy with the service Mike and Rebecca provided. I would recommend them to anyone. I'm in love with my car! More
