My experience at D'ELLA Honda was exceptional due almost entirely to my Sales Rep, Damien Tucker. He helped me get exactly the vehicle I wanted and needed!!! My previous car died suddenly, and I have a long commute to work so I came to D'ELLA Honda after hearing good things about them. Everyone there was very helpful and kind, the salesman who helped me out, Cam to work so I came to D'ELLA Honda after hearing good things about them. Everyone there was very helpful and kind, the salesman who helped me out, Cameron, was incredibly professional and helpful. He and multiple other employees went out of their way to help me in the process, including staying longer than their shift went, and working around my work schedule. The car I purchased, a 2016 Honda Civic, runs great and is super clean inside. No matter what, buying a car is going to be a stressful experience, but D'ELLA Honda will make it as painless of a process as possible. Just adding onto this review that Kody in finance and Cameron in sales were not listed as employees on this website so I couldn't select five stars for them, but there is no doubt that I would select five stars for both of them if I was given the option. Thanks again for both of your help! More

Between our daughter and ourselves this is the fourth vehicle purchased from Dell a Honda. Despite some unpleasant experiences in the past, I decided to give the dealership another try..I should have known better - The manager was not very helpful and the sales person was not very helpful. decided to give the dealership another try..I should have known better - The manager was not very helpful and the sales person was not very helpful. She said I could not receive a copy of the allowance for my car and the cost of a new 2023 CRV. I was told I could take a picture of the transaction with my camera. I fail to understand why this dealership is intent on chasing potential car buyers to other dealerships. The sales persons manager said the salesperson said I was rude to her - I offered to confront .both the salesperson and manager, but my suggestion was dismissed. I was frustrated and angry after the exchange at this time the manger offered to provide a copy of the transaction .. I hastily said I was not interested and he could stick the transaction. I also offered the following - If the behavior I ofserved is Della's way of celebrating their anniversary and dealing with customers, I will NEVER ATTEMPT TO do BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. I should have learned from my previous past transactions. More
