While I am very pleased with the crowned case I purchased I was not at all happy with the sales team. They showed no respect my time, making me wait 40-45 minutes when we had an appointment. They were pushy about financing through them, promising to match or give a better rate than my bank gave and then being over. My car was ready to be picked up but they wanted my time again to try to push me to get the additional warranties beyond just giving me an overview. They would not move at all on pricing for any of it. They had the car I wanted, in the color, with reasonable mileage and the price was at the high end of my budget out I would have walked out without signing the day I picked it up. More
