Unfortunately I was coming fr I feel it's important that I share previous car buy experiences have been a nightmare until I was in contact with Will. Unfortunately I was coming from a position of little trust towards car sales, a little unfair to Will however, he was more than patient with me and helped me not only find the perfect vehicle, I also got it at a FANTASTIC price. I must say that Will is extremely patient during the entire process as I constantly changed options on the vehicle I was looking for but, Will assured me he wanted to make sure I was in the correct vehicle and that I was 100% satisfied. During the process Will took his time to educate me on the process explaining every step of the way, presenting options that best fit my buying needs, and also planned for the future so I don't find myself in an unfavourable position with this vehicle down the road. I have NEVER received this level of support, frankly I was skeptical and always thinking something would change before we inked the deal. Well, nothing changed, Will didn't try to sell me useless accessories I didn't need and in fact, the cost was actually less than what he initially quoted me. Additionally, I received great value on my trade and feel this is the BEST car buying experience in my 20+ years of buying cars. In fact, I was so pleased with the entire process that we traded in my wife's vehicle and upgrade hers as well. In fact I've been driving my car for two years without air-conditioning in North Texas. Several years ago I had some financial hardships and I've been very wary about starting the car buying process. Most car dealerships won't help you very much with bad credit. I've heard numerous radio ads about DM auto leasing so I called and I am amazed by how easy and stress-free the entire process end up. DM and and Justin worked with my needs and asked me all the right questions to get me into my vehicle. I know there are many people out there like me and I would hope that they find this company to help relieve their car stress levels.
