I had never leased before and had lots of questions with the process. Mark was extremely helpful for me to understand the process and why a lease would be a good option for me. I became very skeptical of the whole process as it sounded way too easy and convenient. I was waiting for a "catch" somewhere in the process. Mark assured me there would be no "catch". I did not believe Mark and went through the process waiting to find that catch. The whole process was way too easy. Mark found me the car I wanted. All I did was spend a few moments on the phone telling him what I wanted-no catch. I told him my rock bototm price and he gave me what I asked-no catch. I didn't spend all day at a dealership, that part was priceless! I had a hard time believing I could do all this from the convenience of my living room, but that is exactly what I did. Mark was very thorough and was very patient as he walked me through every step of the way. Mark was fast in getting my car and the deal done. All I had to do was 5 minutes of signing paperwork-no catch. I signed the papers and was on my way home with my new car. I drove home scratching my head wondering where the "catch" was. Mark laughed and told me there was no catch, I hated to admit it, but Mark was absolutely right, there was no catch and the whole process was just as easy as he told me it would be. Mark's commitment to me and making me happy with my lease was top notch and a testimony to how well he does his job. Mark has even followed up with me since to make sure I was still happy with the product and service-which I am! I do not see myself ever going with anything other than D+M Leasing and working with Mark. I have and will continue to recommend him for how well he treated me and his ability to deliver what he says he will. And I almost forgot, after I was in my new car for a few days, I wanted a little extra added to it, Mark had his people drive out to my house, take my car, get installed what I wanted, and drove it back to my house that day! He kept in contact with me to make sure that I knew what was taking place at every point in the process and was honest and upfront with me about all of the details. I've leased three vehicles from Jacob and as far as I'm concerned I won't need to find another dealer as long as I can work with him. I'm not easy to work with and I'm always very specific with what I'm l concerned I won't need to find another dealer as long as I can work with him.
