Amazing! Charles was amazing! I called him on Friday before Labor Day and by the end of the day he had a car for me. It was brand new from the dealership and d Charles was amazing! Brenda is the best! I had a lease for almost 3 yrs, was hoping to just pay it off at the 4th year and be done. I got rear ended then shoving me in to another auto - car w I had a lease for almost 3 yrs, was hoping to just pay it off at the 4th year and be done. Brenda worked hard and even communicated w my ins company when I was busy- in about 3 was time I was into a car 2yrs newer than mine w about a third of the miles for only 8.00 a month more and this time it wasn't a lease. Brenda was able to work around my busy travel schedule and do everything via phone and email - I never even met her until she brought the car to me for a test drive then we signed papers the next day.
