The Best Experience This is my first time working with D&M but third time working with Kelly Elliott. When buying or leasing a car through a dealership that experience This is my first time working with D&M but third time working with Kelly Elliott. When buying or leasing a car through a dealership that experience can be down right dreadful. That's not the case with D&M. Kelly just got me out of my expiring lease and into a brand new 2016 F-150. The truck is beautiful. She is amazing and so fantastic to work with. D&M does not pressure or manipulate you into getting something you are not comfortable with. I like how they do all the work and I can continue on with my day. The build a relationship with you so that you get the car or truck you are seeking which then means I will keep coming back when its time for an upgrade. I always tell Kelly that if I am going to pay a lot of money for a vehicle I want what I want so you can be picky. My wife and I have purchased numerous vehicles over the years and each of those have been with Kelley. She recently got me out of a 2014 Chevy Silverado for a 2015 F250. Kelley works tirelessly to make sure she finds the perfect vehicle for us each and every time. Kelley won't settle for a less than perfect vehicle and that is a trait that is hard to find in the car buying world. D&M should be proud to have such a dedicated and resolution-oriented employee. Excellent Assistance at the End of My Lease I was at the end of my lease, and was not sure of what car I wanted next. After leasing 2 Mini Coopers from D&M, I knew that I didn't really want a t I was at the end of my lease, and was not sure of what car I wanted next. After leasing 2 Mini Coopers from D&M, I knew that I didn't really want a third one (kind time for a change!!). I discussed my thoughts with Haley, and she was very helpful in providing me with different vehicle options to consider, and what they would cost. Although I chose to not lease a vehicle through D&M, she was extremely helpful in closing my lease out. She even helped with replacing my old car's windshield, and saved me over $100!! Amazing experience I have leased with D & M before so I was expecting good service but Chris Krolczyk was truly amazing. We talked on day, he had a vehicle on day two and we had the vehicle on day three. I was not really ready for something to happen this fast because my and I had barely discussed it ourselves. Chris calls me and tells me he has the vehicle for us and it was the vehicle we wanted. He was able to get us out of the vehicle that we really did not like and get us into one we love.
