I am in the market for a very specific car and BMW Mt Kisco had one with extremely low mileage. I contacted them online and I was put in touch with Damian. BMW Mt Kisco's prices were very competitive, and hence, they are somewhat firm on the list prices. However, they were willing to work with me on alternative ways to provide savings (i.e. interest rates) and I was extremely pleased with my overall experience. I ended up not purchasing the car that I was interested in (no fault to the dealership), but I wouldn't hesitate to work with them in the future. I liked the fact that I could call and speak to a on hand person to get my car appointment made. When I got to the dealiership I was greeted and ushered over to Frank. I have been a customer since 1983 when it was Endurance Motors and the sales and service from this dealership has always been top notch. He has always been available to help with anything I needed assistance with(I tend to make several information only calls before seeing him ) as well as service appointments. Loaner cars are always available for me from the service department and my car is ready and washed when promised. The staff is friendly and professional. The dealership is a modern, up to date facility with pleanty of space for sales, CPO sales, service and customer lounging areas. Coffee is always available along with a wide screen TV, tables and comfortable chairs. Service there is quick and painless, and I always stop into the sales department to chat with Jay and other staff ( for me a good part of the buying and servicing experience ) More

Well, they are a bit expensive. They forget to do what I ask them,like putting on new windshield wipers. This is my second BMW vehicle and while I have the option of other dealers closer to me I decided to follow the recommendation from a family member. Prior to making the final decision, I visited the one in of other dealers closer to me I decided to follow the recommendation from a family member. Prior to making the final decision, I visited the one in the city (57th St) and 2 others ones in Westchester including the one where I had purchased my first BMW. I am very glad I listened to the recommendation and chose Mt Kisco. The customer service was very courteous, very responsive and they were competitive as well. Jay was friendly, honest , and patient. He had his coat on and was leaving for the day when we walked in to discuss trading in my current BMW for a new one.
