I walked into this dealership thinking it was going to be like the other places. I dread being bothered by the sales people. But Mr. Cutlip was unique. We had a great experience with Honda of Bowie when we purchased our new Odyssey. When we first visited the dealership we explained that we would be prepared to buy in approximately a month's time. There was no pressure to leave that day with a vehicle and our salesman, James, was very good about keeping in touch with us until we returned to purchase the vehicle. We felt that everyone we dealt with was honest and upfront with us. Within the first day or two we had a couple "issues" with the van - no fuse in the slot for the entertainment system, as well as missing headphones and 'plus one' seat. James and his associates were all very willing to help us resolve these problems quickly, and did so with a smile on their faces. The staff was very friendly to our 3 children - who we had with us when we purchased the vehicle. They also answered any questions we had to the best of their capabilities. We would highly recommend Honda of Bowie to anyone we know. More

When I arrived at Bowie Honda, I was not sure my needs would be met after having left College Park Honda. But was in for a pleasent surprise. As we walked the lot showing me different models of Accords, he also explained in detail the different options and how they worked to the point of which I feel I could sell. Then I found my car. With all the bells and whistles I drove off the lot feeling good, looking good and knowing that when I get in to my Honda everyday would be a great on the road. James met us immediately as we pulled in and we were impressed not only by his friendliness, but to Honda of Bowie with the intent to buy a new van. James caught on and the BSing stopped. We told him we were interested in a 2010 Odyssey, of which there were three left. He got the keys, we test drove one. Then looked at the CRVs. Test drove one and knew the Odyssey was for us. James worked diligently with the finance guy, got us a good trade in on our windstar and that was it. Done deal. Came back a week later for the Touch of Class package, given a loaner for the day, and was extremely pleased with the service. I had recently moved to the area and wanted to add running board to my wife's 2010 Pilot. a neighbor suggested Honda of Bowie rather than another dealer who was actually closer. The running boards I eventually chose had to be ordered,. To my happy surprise, I was contacted the very next day by Ed Owens in the Service dept to arrange an appointment to have them installed. I can't say enough good things about Honda of Bowie!! Great prices; convenient hours (Service open till 9:00 on weekdays!!) and freindly caring staff; what more can you ask for?
