I went with no appointment and they could not have been nicer. They fixed my car and they fixed a problem my previous dealer could not repair. Alex greeted me and took care of everything. When I got my car back, it was washed and looked like new! I will definitely start going here from now on. Everyone was super nice and it was run very smooth. They had everything timed perfectly. It was nothing like my previous dealer in westchester. You can tell the manager really cares here. More

I dropped my car for service. They had to fix a known issue on infinitis and they did not fix it. I went twice to get it worked on and twice I got my car back with the same problem. The service advisor was supposed to get back to me to arrange for a third appointment to fix the issue; he never got back to me. Having 5,000 miles more to drive before the end of my lease, I decided to live with the issue unfixed before I return it. However it will be my last infiniti and last experience with infiniti greenwich. More
