Lengthy Process My salesman Mack was amazing. He took me on a test drive, Told him what I was willing to spend and was not playing the back and forth game. After only My salesman Mack was amazing. He took me on a test drive, Told him what I was willing to spend and was not playing the back and forth game. After only about 15 min we agreed to a price. For some reason it still took 4 hours before I was on my way home. Did not get the car prepped because I was told something was clogged and they couldn’t use the water. Wish I was given the option of them sending me to a car wash, but they said they put extra gas in the tank instead. I left with 1/2 tank of gas. Overall experience was very good. Especially compared to other used car dealerships I had visited the previous days. Just wished the process was a little quicker and got the car detailed before leaving. More
