The only item I would change is that when I went to pick up my car Jeff Barowsky from finance explained these additional services I can purchase for my vehicle. He gave me a very qucik explanation and cost and I was supposed to decide right there and then. Once I left the dealer I could not purchase these services. This is not fair. The customer should be given this information ahead of time so you can review the service and cost. Having to make a decision on additional costs in a split second is not fair to the customer. I said no and I'm sure a lot of customers do the same, simply because there isn't enough time to review it. Thank you More
