I have mixed feelings about our experience. We saw the vehicle we wanted to purchase online, a 2022 Hyundai Santa Cruz. Went to the dealership and the first salesperson we saw appeared to be we We saw the vehicle we wanted to purchase online, a 2022 Hyundai Santa Cruz. Went to the dealership and the first salesperson we saw appeared to be welcoming and found the vehicle we wanted. We went on a test drive and we knew we wanted to purchase the vehicle. While preparing the paperwork we asked about the 2nd set of keys. We were told that the owner gave the dealership only one set of keys and he would call the prior owner to retrieve the second set of keys. The salesperson said that he would not write it down as anything promised but would get us the second set of keys when he had them in hand. We contacted the salesperson several times and in a nutshell he text and told us that the second set of keys was somewhere in the dealership and would let us know when it "pops up". To us that was unsatisfactory considering the dealership is a big dealership and not a Mom and Pop dealership. After receiving this text message from the salesperson we immediately went there to speak to a manager. After speaking to someone in charge, that person went to look for the second set of keys and was back in less than five minutes with the keys in hand. It makes you wonder why our salesperson couldn't find the keys? Did he even look for them or did he have an ulterior motive for not locating them. I would not say that everyone at this dealership is not trustworthy, but I would be very careful with who I work with. Would we go back? We probably will but our eyes are wide open and know what to look for. I am not eager to go back anytime soon. I want to thank the gentleman at the front desk who was understanding and took the time to locate the keys. You took this rating from a 0 to a 3. More
