Dear kind Sir, Typically I would not take this approach but I think it is important that the public hears the whole story. You were quoted a price on a vehicle and when you arrived it was discovered that the vehicle had some additional accessories recently "dealer" installed that my Internet Rep was not aware of. For that lack of communication I do truly apologize, and assure you that it was not intentional. We did offer to get you another vehicle exactly as you wanted at the price you were looking for, or discount that particular one an additional $500 off the price of the accessories should you be interested. Again, I do apologize on behalf of the entire staff that your experience did not go as expected and I promise you, as people of high integrity and morals, that no malice was intended and we offered you a remedy and will continue to extend an open hand to you. If you decide that you still do not desire to do business with us that I would be happy to compensate you for your time that you spent here.
